Agents Directory Article Guidelines

This is a short description of the guidelines we operate by when accepting or declining articles submitted via this WordPress Article Directory. All of the articles are humanly approved, if they do not meet our criteria – all of your hard work will simply go into the trash section of our website and will not be published.

We want your articles, there is no reason for us not to publish them here – except for a few house rules! So far we have deleted ten times more articles than we have published, simply due to the fact that the articles do not meet simple article marketing standards or … waste our precious time when publishing them.

  1. Article Length – Please ensure that articles are written to a respectable size, three to four paragraph write ups are not seen as an article, please make sure that articles are over 400 words. Anything under 400 words will be automatically deleted and not considered for publishing.
  2. Subjects – This directory is for Estate Agents, Real Estate and Property ONLY. We do not accept any other type of articles.
  3. Correct Categories – As this is a human edited directory, please ensure you chose the best possible category for your article. We receive over 1,500 new articles per day and do not wish to correct wrongly submitted categories. In some cases we will change the category and publish.
  4. Links – We automatically delete links to forum profiles, free websites such as blog.com, blogspot.com, wordpress.com, webs.com to name a few. If your article is about Real Estate you are linking to websites completely off topic from Real Estate – again your article will not be approved. Maximum of three links per article.
  5. Structure – If titles and article body is poorly formed, your article will simply be deleted.

Otherwise from the rules set above, your article will be approved to our Agents Article Directory.
